By borrowing a device from school I agree to the following:

The device will only be used for the purpose for which it was issued

My child will only use this device at home in a area where they are supervised

The device will be returned to school at the end of the school year

Any accompanying cables etc will be returned

The device will be returned in the same condition as when it was issued

Any damage or loss will be reported to school as soon as possible
