As part of our science topic 'states of matter', we have explored the impact heat can have on changing a solid into a liquid. We discussed how we could melt chocolate in the classroom and how this would be different to if we were in a kitchen. Following this, we investigated what the best temperature to melt chocolate would be. We concluded that hotter water would melt the chocolate faster than cooler water. We really enjoyed watching the melting process as can be seen by the photos!
